I cried that day…

Two months back I danced with HER fearless

Matching with some short steps and brisk pace

Wishing much love and smile

For this old man senile

But SHE said “Grandpa, you are WORTHLESS”.

Heard that word many times while working

Though got love during work practicing

Bosses said so at times

Due to goal pressure prime

---- thought *worthless*is past in retiring.

My Grandfather

I am uploading an image of Krishna Jiban Sanyal, my grandfather, who in his young age was a  revolutionary  and faced trial in Alipore Bomb case alongwith Sri Aurobindo.

This photo PORTRAIT was there  in our house at Malda in the rooms of my  late grandmother as well as   my late father.
